Americal Shoulder Patch

M/Sgt. Leon P. Granacki served in World War II in G3 Intelligence Division Headquarters in the South Pacific’s Guadalcanal, Northern Solomons, and Southern Philippines campaigns. He is noted for having designed the shoulder patch of the Americal Division, the US Army’s only named division.
